Order Terms - Product Warranty & Merchandise Returns

Warranty - What's Covered - This warranty covers the original end user "purchaser" only for product malfunctions and defects in materials and workmanship that materially affect the performance of the product, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Warranty Coverage Lasts - This limited warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase of the item (s). Some products have longer warranty periods, as indicated in our catalog or on our website in effect as of the date of your purchase. Additionally, if you have purchased an extended warranty, this warranty will continue for the term of the extended warranty, as indicated on the documentation therefor. No warranties expressed, implied or statutory, will be in effect beyond the applicable warranty term.

What's Not Covered Under Our Warranty Terms - This warranty does not cover product damages caused directly or indirectly in whole or in part by acts of nature, crime, improper installation, lightning strikes, power surges, vandalism, products that have been smashed, broken, burned or damaged in transit (even if damaged in return to us), or any other unreasonable use, abuse or misuse (including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance) of the product. Any product modified from its factory condition (including cut/missing wires, missing components/parts, device re-assembling and any form of additions or removal of any component. [Example: Locks - Cut/Missing/Damaged Lock Mortise connector wire / Intercoms - Missing/Damaged Components and parts / Time Clock - Cut/Missing/Damaged Components / Access Control Systems - Cut/Missing/Damaged Components will void your warranty.

Our obligation is limited to providing service as described in this warranty. We are not responsible for any lost time, profits or business, personal injury, property damage or similar loss, or any punitive, consequential or other direct, indirect or incidental damages.

Manufacturers' Warranties - All our products comes with warranties directly from the applicable manufacturer. We pass those warranties through to you, but we make no further warranties as to those products.

How To Get Service - A returned merchandise authorization ("RMA") is required before sending a product back to us. And we will attempt to diagnose the problem, assist you with procedures for making warranty claims to third party manufacturers, identify the appropriate warranty actions for your product, and, if necessary, issue an RMA number and return instructions. Our RMA technical support policies and procedures, which may be found on our website  govern all policies and procedures relating to both warranty and non-warranty returns. "Please Do Not Send Any Product To Without A Valid RMA Number". For accepted returns with a valid RMA Number, please pack authorized product [s] in ORIGINAL BOX [Meaning: Original Product[s] Box and ensure all parts, accessories including all connectors, manuals, plugs, cables and other extras received with product is included in the package so that we can thoroughly service your requests timely.

What We Will Do - Once a product has been returned on a warranty claim, we will promptly inspect the product to determine if a problem exists that is covered by this warranty. Customers returning products for warranty repair that are determined to be in good working condition, or present issues contrary to warranty terms will be charged a one time flat rate nominal diagnostic fee in addition to any repair charges, or replacement of the product that you may authorize after we provide you an estimate of the cost of repair or replacement. If you choose not to have a non-warranty repair made, we will dispose of the product, or return it to you at your expense if so request. If we determine that a product defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair it at no charge, or at our discretion, replace it with a product of like functionality.

How State Law Applies - This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. However, our terms requires that you agree to provisions available under Illinois State consumer protection laws.

Order Terms - Orders & Special order Cancellation Terms

You "Customer", have the right to Cancel any order, however this process must be implemented timely. Timely means within 24-hours of actual order, Regular Ground delivery order is 2-15 Days Delivery. Either placed Online/Phone. Overnight/Second Day/Third day delivery orders cancellation must be completed before 1PM CST [If Placed Either Online, Or By Phone]. Signed Special Order s [All Customized/Custom Built Items, Systems Designed To Suit Specific Needs/Project] cancellation must be completed no later than 24-hours of signing.  We will refund 100% of order invoice value provided all cancellation steps are completed timely. We will ONLY Exchange, or issue Store Credit for orders cancelled outside of set terms.

Authorized RMA Return Delivery Time

Return orders with Shipping addresses reflecting USA and Canada on must be received within 14-Days, and no later than 5-Days after. International return orders must be received within 21-Days and no later than 9-Days after. [Must include issued Valid RMA Number]. Valid RMA returns not received timely will be refused, and ultimately send back to sender, and no refund will be issued.

Important - Return Order Packaging & Shipping!!!!

Merchandise must be returned in its Original Packing Materials, all in Brand New Condition, Unused, Unscratched, Unstalled and Unmodified, including All Parts, Screws, Nuts, Accessories and Documentation within 14-days after obtaining a VALID-RMA number. (Note: will not be responsible for any Lost, Stolen, Damages incurred in transit, Courier Delivery Errors and other Improper Shipping & Handling references not listed, as lacks control over items in transit). We will refuse Authorized Returns outside of this 30-Days term if prior timely extension notice is not received timely.

Authorized Returns received in Improper Conditions may be refused based on the condition of the Return Package Contents. Example: An Intercom System authorized return package that contains combination of various parts and hardware might be missing neccessary connector wires, couple of scratched monitors, and others. We may refuse this return and send package back to sender or asses one time restocking fee of up to 30% to cover damaged or missing parts. reserve the right to pick and choose items that meets return requirement standards, and only Store Credit will be given [No Cash Refund]

Some orders may attract 33% restocking fee due to resources required for the delivery. Example: Pre-programmed Systems, Locks, Intercoms, DVRs. Other items on the list including Safes and all over-weight items. will refund such order less 33% provided valid returns meet our 30-Days Money Back Terms. ONLY ACCEPT return for store credit, or exchange for the following orders/items less 33% restocking fee. 1. All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option you used for your purchase. Refunds by Store Credit

Store Credit will be provided to your account when purchased items have been returned or cancelled. This credit can be used to purchase any online items, and will remain valid until totally spent as it does not expire nor asses service fee. This credit note may not be transferred to another account or person. Please treat your Store Credit like cash, as we will not responsible for stolen Store Credit Info.

Note that purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to the warehouse, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. In the case that you have lost your Store Credit info, please call the Customer Service at 1-708-841-8300, we would be more than happy to email you another copy as we're unable to provide the information by phone.
